I am scheduled to take the PE on August 11th in the PM session. Does anyone want to switch dates with me? I would take anything in September, or late August.

1) there is no way to 1:1 swap dates
2) you will have to pay a 150 dollar fee if you drop/change your test date now
3) there are multiple, multiple open test dates for the PE in August/Sept. Go to the NBOME website.
