I know you introduce as student doctor, but that is all a pre-med knows 😛 I would wash before the physical. But that is just me with common sense.

I find it a little jarring introducing myself as a student, yet acting as if I were a physician. Yeah, yeah, there's this thing called third and fourth years, but still.

At our school, we were told to wash before shaking hands. FA CS says wash before physical exam.

yup. I think I did the student doctor introduction, but we were told that we could just use Dr.


I washed right before the physical. I didn't shake hands when I went in the room as that isn't my normal routine at all with real patients. I did make sure that I used their fake names as I went in the room.
