Comlex scheduling permit?

I just got back into town and Wednesday I'm taking my Comlex (I refuse to allcaps, passive aggressive). Do I need to print out a scheduling permit like I will for usmle?

No. You need a photo ID. You are also told to bring your NBOME ID # but I did not need mine. It is already in the system.
