Comlex Score - Anes Residency

Hi I just got my Comlex I score today and I got 476. Can I obtain Anesthesiology Residency with this score?

If I get a better score on Comlex II will that help?


I am top 12% of my class. I am not that good in standardized test as you can see that is why I got such a bad score.

Appreciate any advice!

Can I take the USMLE Step II without USMLE Step I ?? Will prograam directors accept that from a DO student?

Yes of course.

You should really try to take step 1 Usmle...even if you wanna wait..take it in march or something if you need, it'll be only to your benefit

Most programs (those that still look at COMLEX) will automatically screen out that low of a score, regardless of anything else in your file. Many programs cutoff at 600 COMLEX and 200 USMLE.
