Go to the NBOME website and fax in the form to order a Step II practice exam. Look under "Practice Items Forms."

Hi there,
Just wondering if those are the same as the practice items you can order from the NBOME site. (I am assuming not since they offer 200 q's and you provided 100 but maybe there is overlap??)
