COMLEX Step II Preparation

There is a lot of advice regarding USMLE steps 1 & 2 and even COMLEX step I, but I haven't seen much info specific to COMLEX step 2. Any advice from any other DOs out there? Input from those who took COMLEX Step 2 would be greatly appreciated...such as what areas were emphasized, what books seemed to be most beneficial, and if Q-bank was helpful for COMLEX step 2 (not USMLE step 2). I appreciate any light you new interns could shed on this subject.
