i cant believe how easy it seems so far..I most have gotton an easy first book..in these questions they just ask you stright up, do you know what this is or not? seems like they cutr out all the bs and get to the point..at least so far..


what does everyone think so far?? good..bad?

Not to rain on your parade, but that's how it was last year too. First book was really pretty easy, but then...



It wasn't all that bad though. You'll be fine.

well, after the first day the test still seems pretty stright forwardmaybe im getting some good questions..i dont know.it seems like my classmates were getting some of the same questions and some that were all mixed up..so far ive had a ton of pharm and patho phys on mine..they went buck wild on the parasitology...did anyone else see this???

Yeah, we were taught about three parasites that all cause the same thing in AIDS patients, and that was about as much time as we spent on it...the treatment of these buggers (never even mentioned), was three freaking questions on my test 😡

I will say this...'most commons' and 'buzzwords' pretty much sat their asses out of this testing experience.

I thought the 2nd book was worse than the first. I thought questions were either straightforward or insane. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out in the end.

dude whats up with that bro??? i was just giving my perspective on things so far from my own point of view..which is what everyone else does on this forum.Ive gotton a lot of good info off this forum. I put a ton of time in studying(as everyone else here) and i feel like im doing well so far but i know i still have much to learn before and while im on the wards..

Did anyone else think the COMLEX was a joke compared to the USMLE? I took both and there was not much of a comparison. The COMLEX was entirely straight forward and required absolutely no logical thinking or reasoning whatsoever.

I thought today was pretty cake, actually...yesterday was junk. But the problem is, they give you so little to go on, and then expect you to reach fpr diagnosis/outcome/treatment.

took usmle and comlex in 2003...thought usmle was easier than comlex.....
