hello.

I am just entering my 2nd year. I plan to take both comlex and usmle next year. I am wondering for those who have taken both--do you have any advice? I plan to buy those kaplan lecture notes but I am not sure if I should get the usmle or comlex lecture notes are they both the same except for a few notes regarding OMM? Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

They are identical except for OMM

Most people use the major USMLE review sources and add in some more anatomy and OMM (ie Savarese OMT review book).
