1st semester
Chem 1-B
Calc 1-B

Sophomore (grades not out yet)
1st semester
Ochem1- probably B
Biology 1-AB or B

(not including sophomore grades, but might go down after sophomore grades do come out)
CGPA-3.515
SGPA-3.361

Hospital Volunteer- 60 hrs in HS, 30 in college, will do 50 hrs every semester and 100 during summer
Other volunteer- around 100 hours on random things
Leadership- AMSA pre med board member, volunteer leader
Shadowing- 5 hrs autopsy, will do about 20 hours more
Research- Started research this semester will continue until graduation
ETC- Golf during summer, sports blogging, cleaning job in the lab
 
One word: Caribbean

im sure thats just sarcasm,
your ECs fine for a sophmore but a little more shadowing wouldnt hurt anyone, increase your sGPA, since it is pretty low, by taking higher level science classes and aceing them and i think you'll have a good shot at MD

(if you get 30+ on the MCAT)

I wouldn't worry about that. You seem to be dedicated enough and doing well enough so far that you shouldn't have to worry about that. Also, just for safety, remember the rule (not directed at you, just in general): Don't go Caribbean until you've been rejected MD/DO twice.
