Still haven't decided if I'm non-trad or not, but the 8 will not hurt you so much as a late secondary. If you haven't sent them in yet, do so now. By taking the August MCAT, schools wait for your MCAT scores and many won't look at your applicationi until it's complete, which means as of recently.

Just make sure your application packages are complete. Many students expect that their secondaries, fees, LORs and MCAT scores are received by schools. That is not always the case. Be vigilant! Best of luck.

Williams = Amherst

You easily meet their qualifications of "well-qualified". BCPM is way above 3.1. MCAT score is well above 28. And you got at least an 8 in each section.

You'll do just fine! Perhaps consider a DO school or two. Have a great process!

are you an amherst alumn? a lot of people dont understand the power or a williams degree. Even though it is first in the nation in liberal arts and D3 athletics, many people on here have never heard of it. They think William and Mary.

Nah, I went to a university. I'm sure adcoms know the "Little Three" is pretty competitive; both to get into and to do well in. It'll be an asset now that you're applying to med school.

hahah, im impressed by the knowledge. I was a little three champ three of my four years in baseball. Wesleyan and Amherst have nothing on williams. 😎
