So I have a committee letter from when I graduated in 2010. I really don't think it is strong though. I have non-science and science recommendations from professors that I could send in. Should I just forget the committee letter if I feel it isn't good?

If its not required then you can always hold it back, but I know that it has been discussed elsewhere that if your school has a committee it might look bad that you don't submit a letter from them.
