Does anyone know if the committee LOR packet includes a copy of your personal statement? When my committee advisor asked for my personal statement I sent a copy that wasn't entirely finished and edited, I have since refined it. I am just afraid that she is going to send my packet and it may include a not so polished version of the personal statement.

I highly doubt they'd send it in. It would be redundant, since they know you're sending it in as well. My understanding is that the letter allows the writers to get a more well-rounded view of you. Each school committee can vary in what they submit though, so I'd definitely ask the committee head to be sure.
