anyone know of any books that has detailed procedural information for common procedures???

They have this book at my hospital library and I thought it was pretty good with the pics and explanations for common procedures (suturing, central lines, peripheral lines, NG tubes, injections, and every other common procedure that a 3rd and 4th year student should know). Check it out. 🙂

just took a look at amazon - looks like a really nice book. nice recommendation.

It's a great book. Usually aimed at surgery residents, but would be helpful for any specialty, really.
