I don't see why not, so yeah I guess.
I'm pretty sure it would be okay, but that depends entirely on the school. I took summer classes in order to double major and graduate undergrad on time. But Ohio State would only accept courses taken at a 4-year institution. I am only speaking on my own experience, but I would always default to a four-year university for future classes if possible. Calling the school admissions office would be best.
