Community Service >5 years Old

I did some clinical volunteer work at a local hospital back in 2017 (62 hrs). This was when I was still an undergrad in university. I've heard that you shouldn't list community service that is older than 5 years but I've also been told to just include it because it was done in college. Any thoughts on this?

It's not enough to matter either way. You could lump it in with newer hospital volunteering and nobody would care.
