Hello, is there any disadvantage of training at a community program that has all in house fellowships vs training at a decent academic program?

I know it is pretty obvious that an academic program is better than a community program with no in house fellowships, but it's hard to compare decent academic programs with those community programs that are fully equipped with fellowships, research, etc.

In general it’s easier to match into a community fellowship after a university program than to match into a university program after a community program.

The name matters more than I thought it would when it comes to matching competitive fellowships, even if it’s at community fellowships. It also sucks when you get to a community program and turns out 4 out of the 10 or so incoming interns all want that 1 in house GI spot, only for it to ultimately be taken by the university grad.
