Does "commute" include living with your parents? If not, it'd be neat to see a poll that examines how many people live in dorms, how many live with their parents and how many have their own off-campus place.
For the record, I lived in a dorm Freshman year and then moved out to an apartment for Soph year, which I renewed for Jr year. Interestingly, I don't know anybody from my school that lives with their parents.
