Hey I need some help. I recieved admission to the PSU/Jefferson Medical Accelerated program(6/7 years) and I have an interview with Baylor College of Medicine as part of the Rice/Baylor Medical Program(8 years). I live near Philadelphia and I'm closer to Jefferson. The sticking point between my family is where/how I will end up in 8 years. I am looking to go into surgery, specifically neurosurgery, orthopaedic surgery, or cardiovascular surgery. What are the strengths and weaknesses of Jefferson and Baylor, and their respective programs? What would you recommend? I know the decision is mine, but I want to be sure of both pros and cons of each. Thanks.
