Comparing OOS-Friendly Public Schools... HELP!!

Finalizing my application and am wondering if these public schools are good options to apply to as an OOS:

University of Michigan
University of Cincinnati
University of Wisconsin
University of North Carolina

516 MCAT, 3.75 GPA, and decent EC's if that is of any help.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

UNC is state-funded so definitely not. I'm not sure about the others

What state are you from? Of those 4, I'd say Michigan is the most friendly OOS, and NC the least.

@Toutie I'm a Utah resident, so I am OOS to all of these schools.
