comparing USMLE world blocks to average

I've been doing blocks of 46 questions on random. My percent is slightly lower than the percent for each block. For the last 17 random blocks, my average has been 54.5% but the average of all test takers is 55.9% . I took 2 official NBME (11 and 12), both were in the low 200s.
How do I compare? Thanks a lot.

Below average? It seems like a 60% on uworld usually correlates with roughly 220 on nbmes.
