IN percentage terms what was your change from 2008 to 2009 (assuming that you did not change jobs and held the same position for the two full years and no change in partnership status.

well... I voted for more than 10%% increase, because I've finished residency this year, only then reading your prerequisites for voting - I can't take my vote back.
 
Well, I voted to based on the numbers I saw from my group, not based on my personal experience. We have open books. We looked at the prospective numbers about three weeks ago (i.e., who was going to make what by the end of the year) when year-end bonuses went out.
