This sounds like an odd arrangement. Just a cytopath lab director (part time)? Why would anyone hire for this?

It could be legitimate, but wouldn't be surprised if it's an entrepreneur hoping to do a ton of unnecessary molecular testing on Pap vials, and they need to get the annoying cervical cancer screening part out of the way.

Could be a cytology lab for urinary specimens. That is about the only "new" cytology lab I have seen pop up in recent years.
 
I'll bite: between 5,000 and 5,000,000 US dollars per year.
