Competitive for mid/upper tier programs?

Hello, I am a D.O student with a recent interest in PMR. I’ve wanted to do neurolgy for a long time but was recently disenfranchised with the field after my rotation. I was exposed to PMR and actually think it is a much better fit for my personality, but now I’m worried about how competitive it’s getting. I scored a 234 on step 1 and a 563 on level 1, and I’m currently involved in a research project on chronic pain. I’m also setting up shadowing opportunities to see if the field is truly a good fit for me. I’m wondering if I’m competitive for at least mid tier programs, would love upper tier but don’t have high hopes for that. Can someone give me their take on my chances? Thanks
