MD wise I am currently 3.77 sGPA with 3.3 or so cGPA. I have about 180 total hours, and 32 prereq hours left to take.

DO considers nursing as science, and I had a 3.0 nursing class GPA so my sGPA would be lower at a DO school, maybe around 3.4-3.5

What is a competitive GPA for DO assuming MCAT score of 510?

you have DO averages that range from 3.3-3.6 so either way you are in the range. and a 510 is well above the average for DO, I believe the highest average is a 506, either way just focus on getting a high MCAT and work on the rest of your application (volunteering, shadowing, letter of recs, clinical experience, etc.) and you will be fine.

If you get a 510 on the MCAT you are good to go. The 2018 data have not been released but take a look at the 2017 data:

Specifically, look at pages 9-11 for the GPA and MCAT data.
