Does anyone know what is a good Step 1 score to shoot for in order to receive interviews at Johns Hopkins, CHOP, etc and be a competitive applicant?

Id imagine 240+ would make you competitive at almost all pediatric residency slots....it definitely wouldnt be keeping you out of your dream residency, thats for sure.
