My step 1 score isn't that good and I'd like to know if there are programs that I should be "cautious" about applying to...especially in Georgia, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Illinois, New York, Washington, and California. In other words, which programs are really competitive? Are there programs in these states where people get in with below average Step 1 scores?
