You should be ok, just apply broadly.

Yes, shoot broadly. You should have a decent chance at even the upper tier Cali programs with those scores/research - particularly if you are from a mid to upper tier school.

Apply to every good academic center west of the Mississippi that you'd be willing to go to.

Just curious - when will ACR Case In Point publish your cases? They publish one case a weekday and I hear they are queued for years.

I submitted an ACR case in point my PGY1 year. It was published my PGY5 year right before I graduated 😂

This was a few years back now so maybe the backlog has improved.

Meanwhile you can have your case up on Radiopaedia within a week.
