Complete mid-September... No II's... Should I add more schools?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Do you have good EC's? What are your actual numbers?

Decent EC's
508 MCAT
3.1 GPA.
1 year research
MPH = 3.2 GPA

Did you have any outstanding sub-scores on the MCAT? As in something lower than a 125?

Is the 3.1 your cumulative GPA? What about science? IDK if anyone's going to be impressed by the relatively low grad GPA, unfortunately.

Yeah. I think the low MPH GPA did you some harm. I would recommend using this time to redo some basic science coursework and boost your GPA for the next cycle. If you can bring your GPA to a 3.5ish after a few retakes, apply right away next cycle - you should be good for an acceptance.

What if my grad GPA was around a 3.4?
And my undergrad GPA around a 3.3 with a 29 MCAT.
Would that change the picture at all?

You have different stats now? In this case, if you have really good ECs, you should be fine for an II.

Do you have any clinical experience? DO letter?

What 15 did you apply to? We have the same lizzy score. I would recommend ACOM. I interviewed and was accepted there. I liked the school personally.

Be straightforward with your stats and SDNers will be happy to help.
We need your: cGPA, sGPA, trends in UG performance (upward trend or steady), MCAT, gradGPA. clinical experiences, URM status. Do you have any experience working with underserved populations?
Give us the real stats.

Yea I tried to low ball my stats just to remain anonymous.
Anyone think I should add more schools?

Um... What? How would your stats give you away? Sorry but I literally know a hundred pre-med applicants with around a 3.3 GPA at my school alone... If you want real advice we need real numbers... A 3.1 to a 3.3 is a big difference... :nono:

Oh I didn't realize that it was. I came from a small liberal arts school. I apologize

In this post earlier this year, you claim you have a 2.9cGPA and sGPA
You claim to have an MCAT of 30
Here claim to have an MSc in Bio, not an MPH like you said here. GPA 3.2

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/i-messed-up-3-3-smp-gpa.1052201/

In this post last you claim you did an SMP, not an MPH or an MSc in Bio. You claim GPA 3.3

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/question-about-gpa.1099650/#post-15707720

In this post also last year, you wrote that you have a balanced 33 MCAT! 11/11/11

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/march-mcat-for-smp-in-september.970651/#post-13424117

Heres a post from 2012, where you said you have a cGPA 3.1

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/thr...-a-doctor-for-shadowing.947797/#post-13029932

In this post you claim to be doing a MA (not an MS or a MPH) at TUFTS.

http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/clinical-experience-in-boston-cambridge-medford.948333/

You claim you're from a small liberal arts college, yet in the post above you claim you’re from TUFTS - which has several very respected science programs, including a medical school.

FINALLY,

you claim you are not aware of the difference between a 3.1 and 3.3, yet you’ve been posting here about you GPA since 2012!!

I wish you the best of luck.

I looked at your previous posts, and you're giving different numbers in every post. If you're actually this confused about your numbers, and if you give this kind of impression even if you get a II, you're going to be rejected.

Be straightforward from now on. Trust me, I've posted my actual stats and even my ECs that would've given me away, and I've already been accepted to four schools.
