Sorry, I mistakenly told some people that they were the 2012 edition, because the first book I checked had a 2012 copyright date. Apparently, the copyright date on these books means nothing, and I realized they must be 2011 since that's when I took the MCAT.

A couple of the books have light underlining in pencil in the study guide areas. No marked answers or markings on passages on any of the books with the following exceptions:
Kaplan Verbal Reasoning
TPR Verbal Reasoning books
I got these two books used, and the previous owner marked some passages in pen(!). Specifically, 3/11 of the Kaplan tests are marked, and some of the practice passages (but none of the tests) in TPR are marked.

Answering some pms I've gotten about the books. The Berkeley Review books are the 2012 set, which, from what I've read here, is no different than the 2013 set. The EK Biology book is the 7th edition. I'm also editing the original post with separate pricing for each set of books.

EDIT: The TBR books are the 2011 edition. I was thrown off by the 2012 copyright date on the first book I looked at, but I realized that they must be 2011, because that's when I took the MCAT. Sorry about the confusion!
