Completed MWU IL app+supp but no interview?

My app was completed with supp for mwu il early July. However I have not been invited for an interview at this time where as several people gotten interviews shortly after completing their supp. Does this mean I am in for a rejection? Anyone in the same boat, haven't heard back?

Hey my app was mailed out July 22nd and I completed the Supplemental Aug 1st, and still didn't hear back from them yet. Keep the hopes up. No news is good news! 🙂

ADEA 6/2, supplement in July.

Haven't heard anything yet either. In fact, I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail from MWU-IL that my application was complete and under review like I got one from MWU-AZ... Any ideas on that?A little weird too how I get an e-mail from AZ and not IL, even though they use the same application and my file is even under one account.

I actually heard back from both of them pretty quickly, the portal was updated before I got the interview emails. Looking forward to going there.

As for why I want to go to MWU, without writing a mock essay for the "supplemental" to answer your question because I have to study for a Human Phys quiz tomorrow but procrastinating on SDN 😛 pretty much their curriculum. I mean, I haven't been to IL or AZ so I can't speak for the place itself, but from what I do know (from looking at their curriculum) it seems like what they try to teach you is more practical knowledge. It's more interactive. It's stuff that you'll learn, and that stuff will actually help you in the practice of dentistry. Pretty much, they don't just give you lectures and say, this material is harder and therefore better for fillings. They try to get the students to draw connections and problem-solve themselves. That way, when we do eventually become dentists, we are competent and adept and know what we are doing (I hope... haha) And... if I'm not mistaken they put emphasis on multidisciplinary teaching too. 👍
I feel like I'm advertising for the school or filling out the supplemental again, haha 😀

sounds good ill report back on how I like it there esp since im going to the new one (IL campus) first.
