So if i won an award twice, should i put it down twice or just write from i.e. 2005-2007? I feel that putting 2005-2007 may count as 1 award instead of 2, at the same time, there are only 5 slots on the application...

what did you do?

I would put it down once from 2005-2007 and then fill in the rest of the slots with your other awards
