Complex figures oat quantitative reasoning

Will complex figures be on the oat ? I'm reviewing the Kaplan big blue book and it has formulas of areas.... However just one example of complex figure which is a circle and a rectangle inside and says find the area of the shaded region . Will there be problems like that or just direct problem ?

I honestly cannot remember if there was a figure-based problem on my OAT last year, but I do think those type of questions are fair game. All OAT practice questions resources implement some figures in their QR.
