comprehensive literature on ECT?

I'm excitedly starting an ECT elective this month but would like to supplement my time during so with some reading -- something with a balance of history, controversy, and procedure hopefully. If anyone has run into any good reads on this topic (internet or otherwise) I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.

Chapter 92 of Psychiatry 2 ed by Tasman gives a good historical background and research up to 2000. That and some of the more recent pubs would be a good way to go (Prudic has a lot of good research on ECT, check out her articles). I was able to get the full chapter off Google Scholar earlier this year, still have the PDF of it.
