Computer Error On COMLEX Proctered Exam.

I'm am attempting to collect data on how the NBOME has handled the computerized errors that occur during exams.
If any of you have had errors reported to you by Thomson, or NBOME, could you please let me know how they were handled?

Basically if you received an email from NBOME,
If you saw an error,
Or if Thomson informed you of an error,
If there was something that wouldn't load
or a power failure

Or anything else that could have occurred.
