COMSAE to COMLEX/Step Correlation

Hey guys, will be taking a COMSAE (106) for school and wanted to know how it compared to your COMLEX/Step scores. Been reading that it under-predicts a lot so wanted to know where I'd stand after taking it.

I wouldn’t even pay attention to it, tbh. Use one of the UWSAs or NBMEs to see where you stand; just take the COMSAE because you have to.

I took my school-mandated COMSAE at the beginning of May and took my Level 1 at the end of June, and was >200 points higher on my level 1. I also did a lot of studying in between, though.

No correlation. Just pass it for your school, move on and make sure never to voluntarily buy NBOME products in your lifetime
