Hi my friend is pretty pissed off cuz of his scores yesterday...

He is asking if the computer could make an error in grading....

hmm.... I said that would be highly impossible unless it was scored like
1 or 2

How do u guyz think?
I just said to him to wait... for the regrading...
but would it possibly change?

Probably not likely that there would be an error in grading. Unless the wrong answer was programmed as the correct answer by the testing agency. If this was the case, than a majority of test takers would get this question wrong and the testing agency would investigate.

According to the ADA:

"Confirming Test Results

Before official Dental Admission Test score reports are distributed to dental schools, the Department of Testing Services rechecks all answers to items in order to confirm the accuracy of the scores. The Department also reviews test center reports regarding irregularities and violations of examination regulations."

It is highly unlikely that your friends exam was scored wrong. Computers don't introduce errors into the grading like scantrons or grading by hand.

yup well thanks for the reply...
I might just encourage my friend....

he has potential i belive him... he just need some more relaxation...
wish him luck...
