What'd be the best way to prepare for the much-maligned Basic Science questions presented on Day 1 of STEP 3?

Would skimming through relevant chapters of FirstAid for STEP I sufficient? or would you there be other resources

that should be used in addition? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
