is it technically correct to say that "condensation" also occurs at the critical point and the triple point???

Only at the triple point. If you re-read the section in kaplan chemistry, the triple point is where the solid, liquid and gas phase is at equilibrium all at once. The critical point is the point in which the liquid and gas phases can NO longer be distinguished.
