It's legit. I think about 30 of the dental schools run background checks using this service.

I got this too. Does anyone know - for "other addresses" do we also put short term residencies like dorm addresses??
And how far back are we supposed to go? is there an alternative link for additional info?? there's not enough directions on this thing
I called the help number and was told that if it doesn't specify how long you should go back - "use your own discretion"

I'm going to list the exact mailing address I had in the dorms, not just the University address

What if you don't remember all your dorm addresses?

It's a maximum of 150. Mine was actually only 45.
Yeah that's my main email. Still nothing. I also haven't received my acceptance letter in the mail, should I be concerned?

I just paid for the service without realizing that my school doesn't participate. I forgot I was accepted to more than one school. I wonder if I can get a refund since they didn't actually process it yet. So make sure you guys check if the school you intend on attending actually requires this.
No. They are not linked in a manner in which one triggers the other.
There's no due date. You have a due date for the deposit. Your acceptance is based on not having a criminal background or a background in which would disqualify you from licensure (e.g. Child endangerment, sexual offender, etc.).

Jw, does Michigan require it? I haven't gotten anything.
Buddy called yesterday, AADSAS can't control which schools send and when, so some schools have sent this through aadsas and others have not (yet). I called my school I'll be attending and there's no deadline so don't worry, it's just something you need to get done "sooner the better" but obviously if they've not sent it yet then it's not an issue.

Congratulations on you acceptance. How long did it take to complete and did they charge the full $150.00?
They charged 104$ for me cause I'm in NYS and took two days. It's very quick provided you are as clean as me.
Thought they charged more than $150 for NY?
Weird that everyone pays a different amount for the same background check.
Probably costs more if you were a veteran cause they will have to look through military history as well. They didn't do that for me.
