Conditional acceptance...? Dental students I need your help

so i recently got into a school.

long story short, im not doing so well in a class and i may end up below a C.

will dental schools straight up take away my acceptance, or will they give me a chance to redeem myself if i retake it in the summer before dental school starts in august? if you have any stories that relate to this, please feel free to share.
