Has anyone gotten acceptances that are conditional pending on thing or another, such as DAT retake or class repeats? If so what is your situation? Does anyone know of anybody who lost their conditional acceptance because that person couldn't meet the conditions such as high scores?

I personally have no clue, but I know that VCU has a D.5 class that hinges on you getting a B or better in some D1 science classes and then the following year you can start as a D1 student if you meet these standards. You are guaranteed a spot. If you don't meet them though (B in each class), you are automatically not accepted. I'm not in D.5, but we were told about this in our interview.
I can see something like that happening if you have not yet completed all prerecs or required courses.
