Diversifying the Next Generation of Doctors: Career Fair and Workshops is three weeks away! There is still time for you register for this free event being hosted on Sunday, March 24, at Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia. The Association of American Medical Colleges Group on Diversity and Inclusion (GDI), the Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP), and the Consortium of DEI Health Educators (CDHE), invites you and all who are interested to attend!

Attendees will get an opportunity to:

• Meet diversity affairs, admissions, PhD/ MD-PhD program directors or administrators from U.S. medical schools along with other health professions school administrators;
• Hear a panel discussion about the pathways to becoming a physician or medical researcher;
• Learn about Aspiring Docs, Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP), Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), and other AAMC services;
• Participate in hands-on medical and health activities

Who Should Attend?

This event is open to all college students interested in medicine and the biomedical sciences. In addition, individuals who are completing a post-bachelorette degree, completing a gap year, or switching careers are also welcome to the career fair.
