Confirming that I don't have to mark courses as repeated?

I repeated several courses, but none of them were at my primary institution. When I went to verify my transcripts, the application only asked me to indicate repeated courses at my primary institution. Is this correct? Is it alright that I'm not flagging any of the repeated courses at a non-primary institution?
