Step I Confused about NBME practice exams

Comprehensive Clinical Science
Comprehensive Clinical Medicine

Which one is the practice USMLE exams? I'm assuming Basic Science because there are 7 of them and people keep talking about NBME7, but then what are the clinical science and clinical medicine ones? Thanks.
