Confused about NBMEs

From what I gather from searching previous posts is that to get the answers for the nbmes you just have to search through what others have posted as their 'answers'. I got screenshots of the nbmes from an upperclassman but they don't seem to match up in terms of order with the exams I am taking now. This probably means that answers posted before don't match up either.

Wondering how people are reviewing their answers for the nbme and if anyone has a source of updated screenshots/answers for the nbmes as they stand now?

Would be really helpful for me...and pretty much all my classmates who are wondering the same thing.
