Hey you guys who have taken the DATachiever......

I made a 17 on the PAT of the first test. I missed 11 of aperture passing questions. I am so lost. Is the real PAT similar and so difficult. Please advice, DAT on July 27th. Looking for some serious help and tricks ( if any) to tackle the PAT on BIG DAY. Please....

17 for the first test is considered not bad. The real PAT will of course be similar but the good news is that it will be easier. I'm not asking you to let loose and relax as you truly need stringent practices and drillings to eventually get PAT score significantly above the national standard.

Aperture Passing, Orthographic Projection, and Form Development are killer parts in the PAT. Great disparities will be found among the easy and difficult questions in these sections. DAT Achiever has probably mixed in more challenging questions than they've supposed to. But that's what make it a good guide in this respect.

You've got the right tool on hand, without which I would not be able to ace the same test too.

Yeah I was getting like 18 and 19's on my PAT section with DAT achiever and my actual score increased by 3 points. I really do think that I got an extremely easy pat section and I don’t know if this is the case with all the tests. I think as you do a bunch of these practices sets you will start designing you own tricks to the pat section and you will start seeing the patterns present. This is what happened to me.
