Confused with DAT Bootcamp

Hey guys,

is DAT Bootcamp free?
I'm confused...
When I log in, I see every sections on the DAT with 5 tests on each section.
But what is this "Upgrade" thing?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me get through this confusion!
