Having trouble solving a practice test problem that is supposed to be easy. When two electrons are parallel (alpha alpha or beta beta) there Sz component becomes 1 when they add, and there S becomes sqrt(2) with units of (hbar). How do the two spins have a 71 degree angle between them? Trigonometry is not predicting this. Thanks for anybody's time.
