docB is an attending physician and Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine in Las Vegas. Back in the day, he was a Fire/EMT and now serves as the Medical Director for a major EMS training program in the southwest. I am excited to announce his promotion to Assistant Moderator here in the Pre-Hospital/EMS forum. As you all already know, he is an excellent resource.
