Actually I don't think it's a tie, unless Kcough and FFM have become one...
 
Things looked bleak for Hmoo and Kata. All of the programs had turned on them, ready to fire and kill them. Hmoo turned to Kata, with a quickly formulated plan in mind.

"I am too vital to the computer to be lost, and you are too vital to be lost. In fact, one could even say you are a part of me. I have a way out of this. I can stop the uninstall of both of us, if you take refuge within my program."

Kata quickly became an icon within Hmoo's program, and Hmoo halted the uninstall of herself, that had been initiated by the other programs around her. "We are safe.... for now."

NO ONE HAS DIED.

Roster to be posted shortly. Night deadline is set for 8 am est.
 
I told you people I wasn't a wolf. And neither is kata. Hopefully we can get our s*** together to get a wolf tomorrow.
 
Sorry for not being around today. Got hit with a double whammy of stress today. Attending a surprise funeral, and moving across country with no place to go yet in 2 months is starting to wear on me.

The worst part of house searching is finally finding multiple property management companies that have houses in the area you want, only to find they've already leased everything for the coming year. And why does the Midwest love wood floors, wood trim, wood wall panelling, etc? I never realized how much I hate it even though I grew up with it.

If you didn't get your action in, you have until when I get out of my immuno test starting at 7 am to get it in.
 
The night began with a booby trap. One of the more intuitive players in the game had a fairly devious plot. He/She was going to code a program that would result in an explosion the second that his/ her target interacted with anyone else. What this person didn’t expect though was that the target would do nothing at all that night, allowing for them to live to fight another day…..

We next follow our friendly ghost, Casper Ghost imaging. A virus encountered ghost imaging, and made a v line straight for the ghostly presence. Unfortunately for the virus, it went straight through the ghost, since you know… ghost and all….

Kcoughli chuckled, “Quite the valiant effort. But you see, ghosts can’t be infected by viruses, figured you would know that by the NOT ABLE TO DIE thing…..”

The virus just laughed. “Hahahah. Unfortunately, I know your weakness. Yes, it is true I may not be able to attack you directly. But your soul, it rests with a separate program host. And that…. That makes you vulnerable.”

Kcoughli looked out in horror. She knew she had to get to FFM before the virus got to him. Unfortunately, the virus knew how to transverse the computer quicker than the cost that could go through programs. Once the virus arrived at FFM, it plunged right through FFM, breaking the program in half. Kcoughli faded off into the distance.

In other news, two old programs joined the group again today. But they looked like decrepit versions of themselves. They have clearly lost any abilities they had, and seemed to almost be undead… I am sure it’s nothing to worry about.

Well, write up pretty much covers my story last night.

So, the "undead" programs revive if we try to kill them? 🙁

Could chaos have that type of power? I'm pretty sure no one else would want to revive a chaos convert.

It sounds like we won't be able to kill them. I agree, it sounds like chaos- I wonder if this is similar to the undead army mechanism that was in a game before (but I think chaos died right away so it didn't get very far).

Sorry I've been MIA guys. Real life stuff has really gotten in the way. Moved to Indiana for clinics and don't have Internet yet and i hate using sdn on my phone. I think trilt said she found a replacement for me starting today. I'm getting Internet today but it's also my bday and don't think I'll be around much 🙂

One quick thing that i learned...items have a 1 in 4 chance of doing the opposite of what they're intended to do. Seems we got lucky with pbc being chaos but just keep that in mind for the future.

I took it to mean that they would take the place of the next two players to die, but that could be totally wrong.

PBC is listed in two colors, I think that means it's a coin flip as to whether she comes back villager or chaos.

I was thinking two colors meant conversion, but you're right - in previous rosters that I've found, PBC is listed as blue only. Now I've no idea what their alignments are :shrug:
 
I have no idea who/what is doing these rezzes, but there is somewhere between 0 and 999999999 of them left. Whatever that means
 
Last night I used an item to download LotFs activity for the night, and she converted someone, so

Before this becomes a bandwagon, I want to say that this is not where I would put my vote because 1) we just had Allie say that items had a 1/4 of a chance of being bogus and 2) I know her ability, and we've been talking for several days and I haven't gotten any wolfy/choas vibes from her and 3) I tracked her before we started conversing and her action was considered "good."

LotF is not the droid you are looking for.

Sounds good to me, she put up a lot of red flags yesterday. Yesterday I had speculated that maybe Ashgirl had died because she was too open with PM buddies. LotF claimed she had info, lynched hmoo, then claimed that maybe the info wasn't good after all. Then at the end of lynch she switched to DVMD who wasn't even on the board. Had last night's tie end the way the previously handled STL tie ended, kata and hmoo would have both died and LotF would have alone in her group.

I died because someone used someone's else's ability and killed me. Not because I was too open with PM buddies.

LotF had misinformation from items than what she heard elsewhere, which would have made anyone think Hmoo was the correct one to lynch before she got it cleared up behind the scenes.
 
I can't convert. I'm a villager and you do not want to get rid of me! Several people know my role and should agree with me!

I'm at work and today will be insane, so I give you guys permission to give out what you need to help out.

Allie didn't say the items were bogus, she said they had a 25% chance of working the opposite way they were intended. Opposite to me sounds like it would track you and give the target the info instead.

How long ago did you track her? It seems from multiple sources that there are multiple factions in this game and likely a high number of conversions, so original roles probably aren't going to mean much.
